Guest Policy Guests (residents who are non-members) according to CAM rules can play in club sponsored activities three times before they must join the tennis club. Resident guests do not need to sign a liability waiver because according to CAM they are covered as residents by the HOA umbrella policy. Non-residents who are residing with a resident must be accompanied by their resident sponsor. The guest is covered by the HOA umbrella policy because they are staying with a resident. They may participate in club events up to six times in a year. Visitors who reside in another community are eligible to play in club functions up to three times in a year. They must complete a waiver and be accompanied by a resident sponsor. Before playing in club sponsored events a non-resident must sign in, complete and sign a liability waiver for each day's play. This rule does not apply to club sponsored league play or club sponsored tournaments. CAM requires players to show their CAM card and proof of tennis club membership at drop-ins and other club functions. revised October 28, 2013 WVV |
